Add the new title and save as a jpeg
Open SAP
You will be logged in as a Learning Admin with the option to go to Learning Activities within the menu. From there select Programs. You will be taken to the Program page where you can press Search and select the program you previously created – a list of the programs created will appear below – select by clicking on the blue title text.
Once in the program, at the top above settings click on Cover Page (Inactive).
Layout
For the Layout you can select from the drop down. The options are how the layout of the cover page will display for the user. Select the layout you require and then click the settings icon to open and edit the cover page content.
Preview
Here you can type a description of the program in the indicated field, then press preview.
Don't forget to save!
On the next screen you are taken to, press Save. If that is all you want to include on the cover page, press Activate. To edit, press again on the settings icon.
Add an image
To add an image, click on the settings icon then click on the photo with a + icon shown below.
Click on Upload. Click on Choose File. Choose your desired image or once they are ready the relative image provided by Marketing. Click Send it to the server. Then finally click Ok.
Preview
Within the next screen click Preview.
Don't forget to save!
Once you are finished adding in your text and images click Save and Close.
Well done!
You will be taken back to the program home page. Go through the Menu and steps above in (1) and open the same program again to refresh the page. You have now added a cover page for the program. From the Learning Admin perspective, the cover page should be shown as Active in the Program page.
Review
From the Learner’s perspective (logging in through Learning), upon opening the course, the cover page should be seen on the Overview tab. Here you can check that the layout is showing properly, etc.
