Waste management green infrastructures in Africa (2020)

The Fund (Euro 150m) aims to construct a sector-focused portfolio of private equity and mezzanine investments targeting the African waste value chain across the whole continent. It covers re-cycling initiatives inclusive of organic waste, recycled plastics, fibre and residual manufacturing.

The project analysis has been completed with an AIF managed by IQ EQ Fund Management S.A. (IQ EQ AIFM) in Luxembourg.

IQ- EQ provides full services such as Portfolio and risk management functions, Depositary and Fund Administration services including quarterly NAV calculation and reporting to LP’s.

IQ-EQ was chosen by the client following recommendations by other sustainable funds.

Windfarms in Brazil

The project is related to the construction of 8 wind farms in Brazil, which represent 95 wind turbines. Phase 3 project comprises of 30 Wind turbines. The project is a full Greenfield operation and is financed by an AIF managed by IQ EQ Fund Management S.A. (IQ EQ AIFM) in Luxembourg.
