The Financial Supervisory Commission has completed the advance notice procedure for amending certain articles and Table 1 of the "Regulations Governing Information to Be Published in Annual Reports of Public Companies" to align with international standards, simplify annual report content, promote gender diversity among directors, and facilitate early filing of reports, with the changes expected to be implemented soon.

Advance notice on the amendments of the "Regulations Governing Small Amount Remittance Services for Foreign Migrant Workers"

The Financial Supervisory Commission of Taiwan has introduced amendments to the "Regulations Governing Small Amount Remittance Services for Foreign Migrant Workers," including changes to definitions, capital requirements, qualifications for responsible persons, and compliance procedures, aiming to enhance oversight and regulation of remittance services for foreign workers. Stakeholders have been invited to offer feedback within 60 days of the announcement.
